Craven College is collaborating with The Place in Settle to provide a free gardening course to anyone who's looking to develop their gardening skills, or is interested in a career in the horticulture industry. This course could lead to completing a Level 1 Practical Horticulture City and Guilds qualification. The taster course is scheduled for Thursdays at our allotment in Settle. Participants will learn to understand soil and ways to improve it, and ways to grow better plants.
This course is FREE to anybody earning under £17,374.50 per year or receiving means-tested benefits.
