An opportunity to be mindful, through meditation and movement, with others, at the start of your week. Sharing your experience of being in the present moment, with intention, on purpose and without judgement. Take this moment to be kind to yourself and take the experience with you to sustain you in the days to follow.
An Almost Silent Day Retreat.
Saturday, 9 July, 10.00 – 4 pm. £25.00. 8 places available
A day of mindful meditation and movement. Take some time out to relax and recharge your batteries by listening to your body, a sensory experience, noticing your thoughts, what to do about those? Nourish yourself, save this space for you.
